Welsh Spitfire Open Day 2013
Looking for an interesting Sunday?
Then the Day in May is Sunday the 19th May.
The Welsh Spitfire Museum is holding its Open Day. Building on the success of last year’s Open Day most of Haverfordwest’s airport will be involved.
Opening at 10am you’ll be entertained by the Army, Pembrokeshire’s Air Cadets, classic and vintage cars, bikes, and tractors in our county, and an original steam engine. For those who like nice sounds there will be Forties music from Sandy Sparkle, If you feel the need for food and drink, then it’s the BBQ, and Salad Bar.
This year we are hosting real ale from the Gwaun Valley Brewery who have brewed a special beer for the occasion called Welsh Roundel. The whole event will be watched over by the soldiers of the Glamorgan Home Guard.
Come along and support a great day with FREE ADMISSION!!
